Is it any wonder that the Okanagan valley has the name "Lake Country"? With lakes like Okanagan, Kalamalka, Shuswap, Woods and Skaha and the towns of Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, Summerland, Peachland, and Penticton resting on their shores it is a landscape photographers paradise. Different seasons present such a varied look at the same image. Large bodies of water like Okanagan Lake perfectly still catching the reflective glimmer of crimson puffs of cloud hanging in the pre-dawn sky.
